M. is growing up. I don't think it really strikes me as much as in this picture taken by my sister. She is such a joy to be with and there is such happiness in seeing her grow and change (and of course seeing her find a friend in her thumb ;P). It's just so interesting to see how someone different behind the camera can just pick up things that make you see how these changes are happening in ways you may not normally. How quickly it all changes and how quickly she's starting to explore all that is around her. In this moment she was laughing at her cousin J. as he rolled away and back towards her. Happiness for her watching and happiness for him by creating this joy for her. Amazing.
